The Burden Of Discontent

We, human beings are the most discontented creatures. Even how good we get for our academic or excel in our job. We will never think that we are good enough. First, we just wants to excel in our job or studies, next, once we reached our goal, we will find that this is not enough, i need to be better in order to satisfy my goals.

Some of us have endless goals. And started to get weary when you find that you are actually far-off your dreams/goals. You may try to squeeze in any chances of obtaining what you want but don't complain your consequences that you need to bear, which is self-doubt, inferior, unhappiness, discontentment, weariness, etc. Don't blame anyone for your unhappiness, you choose this route, you should be responsible.You cause your own problems, your own troubles, your own unhappiness. It's all Starts from "YOU". So what if you get into the most great Uni, have a very good job with good pay but you lose your happiness, lose the purpose of life? You may think you had achieve and increase what you wan, but actually you lose a lot of things that is much more important than what you achieved. I have a question for you all. Why should you get weary about all this when you don't even know if you will be alive tomorrow? Can you be sure that you will wake up tomorrow? I am not sure if I can still breathe tomorrow's air because I have no control over my life.

Life is short and you want to waste your time to worry about all this rubbish? I won't want it. I believe that no matter how things going to work out and no matter how much we want to get our target or goals. God has already plan a path for you to walk. No matter you like it or not, God knows what's best for you and I. We may think that our targets/goals that we are looking for is good, is what we desire. However, God Knows what you need better than yourself, because He is the Creator of the Heaven and Earth and most importantly He created you and I. Without Him, we have nothing, Without Him, we will be nothing. What we think maybe good, but it may not be good in God's view and He knows that if you continue to go towards the target will harm you instead of benefitting you. God will not let you walk in that path.

And you have two choices. 1) You follow your own desire and make your life difficult or 2) Follow God's guide and walk along the path. I'm not saying that once you choose to follow God, your path will be super smooth. NO. You will still have ups and downs but you know that you're not alone, because God will be by your side to walk along with you. No matter what difficulties you may leave it to Him.

Do you know that People get killed because of their stubbornness? We provided them a choice, but they choose not to listen and continue to think that what they think is correct. Depression comes from anger, depress, negative thoughts. You are living in a world filled with destructions, despair, brutal-ness. You still choose to live a life that is so sad, so hopeless, so agony? Don't you think that you need some happiness? Don't you think that you are wasting your time, your youth on such topics?

I find that you should live a more meaningful life than a life filled with sorrows and you think that you are the only one who live in the worst of all. Academic and work is important but I feel that as long as you did your best. You have an account to yourself. Not that you didn't work hard enough but that's your limit. You should accept it and move on.

I don't mean that Goals and Targets are not important and we shouldn't think about it. Goals and Targets are good, because we know what we want and we know what we can do but not over doing it if you know your limit. Life is not just about acdaemic/work but there are more things that we need to learn.Like moral values, personal values, learning to love one another and learning how to get along with people. We need all this to grow, to be mature.

Sometimes I just can't understand why people will think that their life is going to get worst as time pass and i find it puzzled why people choose to live in agony rather than happiness? I feel sorrow for them. I used to be a negative thinker. However, I'm not one of them now. And I'm glad. Thanks God for taking me out from that group.

Like I say before, I'm very content with what I have with me, my family, my friends, my pet, my relatives, my churchmates and all my electrical stuff and everything. I felt that I've more than what I deserve. God had given me much more than I expected. I felt that God's love is what makes me content. You don't think that God's love is necessary and a must. We are sinners, we don't deserved any love from God. But God choose to love us even those who turn away from God. He can Choose not to but because He's like Our Father, He loves us, that's why He embraced you even you turn away from Him, even you don't trust Him, because you are His Creation, and no matter how bad you are, you are still a child of God.

We should be content that we have a shelter to hid us from rain, food that people starts on diet and stop consuming them, television that entertain us when we are bored, computers for us to access when doing research or connecting with friends, a bed to sleep at night, a clean toilet to be used. A develop and peaceful place to live. Have you ever thought of those people who leave in the third world countries? They have no shelter/poor shelter, they have no food but eat tree's bucks, they have no television, no computer, no bed to sleep on, no clean toilet, no money for educations, sometimes they have to run for life, hid from war, their life is at risk all the time. Who is worst? You or them? You should be contented.
